No I did not say that as the sentence began with "about the only thing that makes sense is realize what people are seeing if your involved with an online meeting."
But feel free to go off the deep end over something that was never said....
I didn't say any of that. Did you read my post or are you referencing someone else's.

I wish we could simply let them have their own country, with strong borders, where they can feel free to destroy one another over their perceived offenses and leave us the hell alone.
It's a study being done by social scientists. Big whoop. Nobody is forcing you to take your wedding picture off the wall if you're doing a Skype meeting.
Some folks are quite adept at taking one phrase/sentence and making that some core issue. However, the idea that someone is studying how Zoom meetings cause "social bias" issues is preposterous. I guess the authors are getting paid during the virus.
I just hope these 2 "social scientists/researchers" aren't being funded by the Federal government for such PC BS. Alas....
Previously, Dr. Bonomi chaired MSU’s Human Development and Family Studies (HDFS) department from 2013 to 2018. Coinciding with MSU’s capital campaign and their initiative to improve federal awards, Dr. Bonomi led HDFS in significant increases in federal grant dollars (648%) and philanthropic donations (997%),

Stop trying to destroy societal norms to make your sick view of the world seem rational!
This is what you posted as a response to my original post, correct.
And I responded with:
"No I did not say that as the sentence began with "about the only thing that makes sense is realize what people are seeing if your involved with an online meeting."

What are you not comprehending that you posted, "I didn't say any of that. Did you read my post or are you referencing someone else's."

You are being purposely obtuse. Do you agree that people need to hide their wedding photos in a similar way to messy toilets, and kitchens? They are one in the same? Because, that's what you said, so now you're backpedaling with a bunch of semantics? Step up, admit it!

uhm yea.... that's the point. create a study that is then used to drive policy. also this is stupid. the people who did the "study" need to be fired for being stupid.

Again stop trying to stretch what's not said, "about the only thing that makes sense is realize what people are seeing" whether you like the examples I selected or not is not a let connect this to that.
Back peddling, go have another cup of coffee your not awake yet.
As the above poster said these are researchers this is their view, about the only thing that makes sense is realize what people are seeing if your involved with an online meeting. Do you want them to see the mess in the kitchen of an open bathroom , like a picture on social media just be conscious of what people will see.
Why should I be conscious about people seeing my “normative” life? This is the problem with these people. They want us to adjust everything for them instead of them learning how to deal with their emotions in a normative dominated society. Same with microaggressions or taking offense at jokes or anything really. In a free country people have a right to say whatever they want. It’s up to you whether you want to be offended or not. That’s your problem, not mine.
That doesn’t mean I’m going to go out and say something mean, but I might unintentionally say something that’s offensive to these hyper-sensitive people. Oh well.
