Police should know how to "restrain" people without killing them. If they can't, they should be doing something else. What in "I can't breathe" didn't this cop understand?
A knee on your neck is not proper procedure. Its not that difficult to put somebody out with a choke hold around the neck, blocking blood flow. The cop had a knee on his neck for 7 minutes, saying he couldnt breath. If you can talk, you can breath, but they made it difficult. After he said I cant breath, you can hear a cop say, shut up! Some one is dead, the cop caused it.
Sounds like St Paul is in play. A shooting and large group gathered outside a Target so they closed the store. I imagine they will burn it down tonight.
