Your data points to the wrong causal effect. Also, the murder rates in Africa are all over the map - from very low, to very very high. There appears to be no correlation between "amount of time in colonialism," or involvement with whites, because just about every nation in Africa has been conquered and colonized by either the Arabs or Europeans.
Crime is high in countries with high GINI co-efficients. Basically, a wealth gap. And it's a RELATIVE wealth gap. So in places like the USA, where there is high income and wealth inequality, you find that even people with large screen tvs. cell phones, AC, free food and cars feel "deprived" in comparison to the wealthy.
In those countries with income inequality, there is more crime. In those countries with less income inequality, there is less crime and murder. In countries where everyone is well to do, there is less crime. In countries where everyone is poor, there can also actually be less crime. Because everyone is in the same boat.
So in the "sticks" countries of Africa, you may often find lower intentional homicide rates (if it even can be measured - half the time they have to estimate it.
Sorry but it's not liberals who are looting and destroying property. These people were just straight out thugs and criminals and are just taking advantage of this situation.

I'm quite aware of that. Guess what? I'm not voting Republican, at least not because of anything you say. Republicans don't care about Blacks either. Tulsa is a Republican city. Blacks are poorer than the rest of the population there. Blacks are doing worse than anyone else regardless of whether a city is Republican or Democratic. So why does anyone care who Blacks vote for?

When the store owner found the supposedly counterfeit bill and called the cops, they showed up some minutes later. At that time, they found Floyd sitting in the driver's seat of a car, I'd guess his own car.
Didn't look like he was bothered by "claustrophobia" at all, then.
Again, this was language the cops didn't have any particular reason to believe. They were justified in telling him, "Shut up, mister, and get in the car", pushing him into the back of the cop car as police everywhere do. Or whatever they said.

Seriously. You call 911 as you beat the crap out of the cop. If you cant fight, learn to defend yourself or be able to run fast, faster than the slow guy. LEO has no responsibility to protect anymore, and if they cross a line, which in your case he did, you need to set the standard. Its going to hurt. But civil disobedience sometimes is the answer. No jury would side with the cop, if this is a true story.
