It’s about time. Twitter should probably do more since Trump violates their terms of service regularly.
Be careful what you wish for, you might like like the long term results.

Granted if you are anti-Trump, you may relish the idea of only leftist points of view being deemed accurate, and anything not so, as suspect.
However, just imagine if the pendulum swings the other way (as it invariably does), and any liberal-moderate view is considered subversive or "inaccurate".
If you are ideologically left of center, you might be incensed, but you yourself would be to blame, because you approved of such a policy when it favored your ideological perspective.

Lets face some facts.
When Obama was president, he liked MSNBC and CNN, but called out and even took measures against Fox.
You may have agreed because of your ideological bent, but now you bristle at the notion that Trump is critical of those who are critical of him.

The biggest problem as I see it, is who decides what is real, and what is "fake news".
In this day and age, much of it is based on ideological perspective, not reality.
So when Obama said the internet needs a "curative authority" to determine what is real news vs. fake news, the first thing I though of is, who he thought would be the best person/s to make such a determination.

Obama might choose someone like Donna Brazile as the ultimate arbiter.

But someone like Trump might choose Kellyanne Conway as the ultimate arbiter.

I don't know about you, but I would not want either of them deciding what is real vs. fake news.

Would you?

Please, I only asked for ONE. He dishes them at many EVERY day, I'm sure you can find one contra-example, just ONE.
He knows that the attacks are unjust and untrue because he knows the truth about himself. Since you do not know him, his motives nor his heart, of course you do not see that he is defending against attacks against himself.

Barry had no reason to tweet anything in response to attacks because the fake news media kept all his deeds unreported.

There was major infiltration of Soviet influence (subversion) throughout the 20th century within our media, education, and all the way to governance.

Oh, but those soviets FAILED in their mother Russia in the not so distant early 1990's.

Here we are now, LEFT with a portion of our population still with a hang~over that still clings to these absurd notions that ignore HUMANITY!

What we are witnessing today was predicted by Youri Bezmenov in 1984. He even mentioned SJW's!

Trump said he will sign an executive order tomorrow against censorship on these platforms. I’m guessing it will say that the executive branch considers them publishers if they promote certain views while suppressing others.

So, you are unhappy that certain people have ideas you disagree with? For a moment there, you got me all concerned that our government had taken over the means of production or that private property had been abolished! Whew!

By using Twitter Trump gave them license to publish and modify his content as they see fit. Checkmate, indeed -- Twitter wins.
Modify, and editorialize, you think, or opine, in this conversation as meaning the same thing, is a misnomer.

Opinion posted by a platform, on it's own platform, is editorial.

Why don't you take a few minutes to review the link provided before spewing your pre conceived prejudiced, and vacuous rebuttal?
