Liberals in March: "Protesting is a joke! So irresponsible and careless! Stay home idiots!"

Liberals in June: "Protesting is my 1st amendment right! Hands up, don't shoot!"

What about pants up, don't loot?

The problem is that many of these businesses that opened were in violation of the guidelines. Many groups of people gathering as if its time to celebrate the end of Covid-19. Both infections and hospitalizations are up in many places, all the experts warn this will be with us for over a year. Very foolish behavior.

No, the problem was the "guidelines".

When have healthy people been quarantined before in history?

NEVER!

In spite of Chinavirus deaths dropping quickly, the MSM is happy to promote the lie that things are getting WORSE! We'll see-if the virus were anywhere near as readily spread as claimed, the mass mobs of rioters and looters that were out 2 weeks ago should have already showed up at hospitals, or be there this week. If we don't see a massive spike in new cases in the next few days we have one more datapoint that proves the lockdowns were a massive overreaction-and that the MSM has been lying and manipulating us.

The problem is businesses and people ignoring the guidelines or do you believe that social distancing doesn't work.

Never say never!

Of course, getting citizens to comply with such orders is another story: In 1918, a San Francisco health officer shot three people when one refused to wear a mandatory face mask. In Arizona, police handed out $10 fines for those caught without the protective gear. But eventually, the most drastic and sweeping measures paid off. After implementing a multitude of strict closures and controls on public gatherings, St. Louis, San Francisco, Milwaukee, and Kansas City responded fastest and most effectively: Interventions there were credited with cutting transmission rates by 30 to 50 percent. New York City, which reacted earliest to the crisis with mandatory quarantines and staggered business hours, experienced the lowest death rate on the Eastern seaboard.

What will they say if there's a massive spike in Covid-19 in all those Democrat-controlled cities -- the ones that their psychotic little Communist foot-soldiers just burned down -- in about a week or so? My money's on them them saying not a damn thing.

godofthunder9010 is right though.

It is 100% unscientific to wring your hands over opening up early and over protests to open up early and then accept riots and looting - simply because the rioters and looters are blue voters. Why are those rioters and looters running around lawlessly? Because they assume unscientifically that Chauvin killed Floyd because he was black. Chauvin now has 19 police misconducts, how many against white suspects? The left doesn't care about evidence. Jump to conclusions. More anti-science.

Party of science? BS!

You really need to open your eyes and look at the facts.

Complaining about protests that were not sponsored by the government while condoning rallies by the president in enclosed venues, not quite the same.

I guess we should have just stopped the protests, that would have just been so easy.
