The problem is that many of these businesses that opened were in violation of the guidelines. Many groups of people gathering as if its time to celebrate the end of Covid-19. Both infections and hospitalizations are up in many places, all the experts warn this will be with us for over a year. Very foolish behavior.

No, the problem was the "guidelines".
When have healthy people been quarantined before in history?
That proves that either 1) The increase in raw case numbers is strictly due to more testing alone and not an actual increase in cases: only an increase in diagnosed cases or 2) The virus has mutated into a less lethal form or 3) The people now being infected are younger and healthier and are much more likely to recover from the virus than the wave that got infected in April OR 4) Some combination of any of the above. Take your pick!
In spite of Chinavirus deaths dropping quickly, the MSM is happy to promote the lie that things are getting WORSE! We'll see-if the virus were anywhere near as readily spread as claimed, the mass mobs of rioters and looters that were out 2 weeks ago should have already showed up at hospitals, or be there this week. If we don't see a massive spike in new cases in the next few days we have one more datapoint that proves the lockdowns were a massive overreaction-and that the MSM has been lying and manipulating us.

I call BS until they condemn the BLM rioters and insurrections as the threat that they are. We all heard how dangerous and irresponsible it was for protestors on the opposite side were. If COVID-19 suddenly stops mattering when your political allies are protesting, rioting and wrecking everything in site, then clearly it never really mattered to you all that much. You never really considered it to be a serious threat to anyone. It was just a convenient excuse to make violating the rights of the political opposition seem legitimate.
What will they say if there's a massive spike in Covid-19 in all those Democrat-controlled cities -- the ones that their psychotic little Communist foot-soldiers just burned down -- in about a week or so? My money's on them them saying not a damn thing.

Complaining about protests that were not sponsored by the government while condoning rallies by the president in enclosed venues, not quite the same.
