Because its easier for poor people to live better in Rich Democratic run cities...

Then being poor in rural republican areas..

Should ask.. why can't Republican areas generate enough business to attract poor people?

Good point. Although, I'm sure some po dunk town in rural Georgia is probably pretty segregated.

So, the Dems' SOP is to keep them poor? Why? Why the continual oppression?

Quite the contrary. Rural areas provide a lot of opportunity for self-sufficiency: large vegetable gardens, fruit tree orchards, hen houses and chickens to provide fresh eggs, etc. Can't do that in the inner-city.

Mississippi is poor, its poor in the cities its poor in the country and the state is Republican, so where is all this leadership that sets such a shining example? Baah none of you can point to a GOP lead city that doesn't have the same problems and the states that Republicans run are the poster children for tar paper shack country so don't act like one party only have poor residents under their responsibility.

The same with Chicago. It's a fabulous city with some problems, but that's not what the whole city is about.

Haters gonna hate. Never mind that New York contributes more in taxes than some red sucking poverty stricken city in Kentucky with their buck tooth meth addicts. I'm sure we could run down those poor red cities as well.

I am talking about it. The cities which you despise are the greatest capitalist success story in history of mankind. No wonder you want to smear them, and exaggerate their problems. Their success makes your blood boil.

US Cities generate 85% of US economic output, and they put the bail-out & subsidy checks on the farmers tables, and all they do is talk smack about place where they don't even live.

New York City alone generates as much as Canada as whole.

Liberalism and socialism are different colors but on the same side. So when liberals take over and govern cities, they’re basically failed socialism experiments.

You cannot offer free stuff to people who don’t want to work for them, then expect them to prosper on their own.

Doesn’t California have high state taxes, yet it’s crown jewel LA, has a ton of homeless people?

IMO, it's complicated.

Are all those LA homeless people native to California?

The thing causing my town and county problems is police and firefighter pensions. Those consultants every town council hires every time the cops and firefighters want a raise always say the town can afford to raise pensions. That's the thing bankrupting governments. The return is never as high as they prognosticate.

Although, I've been doing 20% for a couple years.
