Popular Red States:

Utah
Florida
Montana
Idaho
Texas
North Carolina
South Carolina
Tennessee

All of these red states are experiencing population growth. And many from blue states are flocking there in droves. For the red states like Kansas, Nebraska, the Dakotas etc. -- their main issue is their boring, sparse prairie like environments. Many people will simply never move there because of the endless flat fields of grass & corn and not much else.

Oh no, now we see why Arizona might be turning blue very soon.

Now to tell you that those who moved from California to Arizona and still votes Blue needs to have their heads examined.

My area is getting trashier as it gets redder. It is the dems who are trying to get a hold of things before they get too bad, and being bullied by "patriots". Lots of good people are moving out while it's still a sellers market.

I would rather live among suburban democrats, they tend to be more considerate neighbors and responsible business owners.

As far as larger cities, the liberals running them are going too far and it isn't safe.

I am concerned about suburbs in general. Neither party seems to have the back of the middle class.

I live in CO, its dark blue. When it was purple it was better, people were nicer, Denver was much better.

Since the Pot laws and lax laws on homeless, Denver is a dump. The people constantly vote to pass laws to raise taxes and allow far left ideas in public schools. They are doing everything they can to push out Oil and Gas which is still a top 5 industry to the state and provides a huge chunk of revenue to schools. The pot laws are a joke. CO is CA 2.0, ppl from CA are coming here in droves.

If my work will allow it, we are moving to the SE.

Yeah I know a family near me from the Bay area. They moved because of all the BS in the Bay area and human poop everywhere, cost of living and everything else......Move here and they are huge Biden/Harris supporters and everything else far left.

Disgusting.

NOT because they are Biden voters -- every registered voter is entitled to vote for whomever they want, of course -- but because this illustrates why so many (not all) rural and/or red-staters despise newcomers from liberal cities.

If people want to live in crowded, dirty cities -- FINE -- but if blue-staters are going to move to a rural area or to a city that is presently mostly free from Chicago-type problems, they shouldn't bring liberal blue city attitudes with them, in my very definite opinion!

Florida is not red, and people have been moving here for decades.

You forgot Washington, Colorado and Nevada from your list

I hope you have money and can wall yourself off from the meth heads and redneck coal rollers. Don't let it fool you that these flag waving Patriots are supposed to be law abiding. They are closer to anti-government and don't care about other peoples rights. The police let them get away with a lot.

I wonder if there isn’t a conspiracy here? The leadership in California understands that their state is overpopulated. I’ve read studies where the California infrastructure is currently built to sustain 20 million people. They currently have close to 40 million there. It’s just too many, and everything is so regulated, which stifles development and expansion of infrastructure.

So if they can get millions of people to move out to other states, there are two benefits:

1) It eases overpopulation and crowding within California
2) The people that leave will likely choose to live in Red States due to the tax breaks and the relatively low cost of housing. These Californian transplants will likely continue to vote blue, which will turn the entire US politically into what California currently is, which is mostly supporters for far left policies.

It’s actually brilliant when you think about it. Artificially making the quality of life in California so horrific that it makes millions of people leave and go to other states so that they can change them politically.

I applaud Newsome, Garcetti, Pelosi, Feinstein, and Schiff for coming up with this plan.
