The information on the guy doesn’t point to anything of note. The guy was in IT but has no real web presence? That seems unusual. No family. Gave his house away. Sounds like a bizarre public suicide?
Both right and left like to accuse the other of being behind these things. Doesn't sound like there's much info on this guy or his motive. Doesn't even sound like they know he did it, just that his RV was used.
Remember the Las Vegas shootings? Never got a motive there either.

I never read the comments attached to the video, but there is some strange stuff going on in the frames between .25 seconds before and .25 seconds after the flash. The flash changes density from one frame to another, as if it were a "cross dissolve" from before to after, rather than a continuous clip.
And the two links you posted to the video have a different number of frames between those times.
I think someone doctored it before it got posted.
Maybe before the guy who posted it, got it.
No idea why someone would do that.
Edit to Add: another oddity.
Their are vehicles in the video of the explosion, that are not there in the helicopter shot.
Like a couple of them had been towed away. (Or moved because of fire danger.)
though we have very few details at this time, with the suspect being a resident of Nashville named Anthony Quinn Warner, it feels we can rule out "Islamic terrorism."
That's where the RV came from. The man is 63 years old. They haven't called him a suspect. They called him a "person of interest."
They usually catch these people. The UNAbomber was as intelligent as they get and he managed to slip up. The old saying " lose lips sink ships" is how they get caught. Perhaps the RV Bomber got gas and is on camera some where, or asked somebody where do you think I could find XYZ? Maybe he's upset Dolly Parton supports BLM.
The Unabomber was caught by comparative linguistics matching unusual words or phrases to his writing shared with the FBI by his brother.
