Masks until everyone who wants a vaxx can have it. Two months from now, give or take. Is it really that hard y'all? I used to think of people from the country as being tough but man this past year showed me who the real snowflakes are.
As long as the goal posts don't move again that's fine. But they will.
I get deliveries here in TN from a company in KY and the driver was remarking with envy how free we are and how KY's policies have hurt their business.
Its a shame, and its all because of the mandatory enforcement of cult like rituals.
Over the past year several people I know have traveled to TN for a while just to escape KY. It's extremely bad here. There's people double masking while outdoors far away from people. If you don't wear a mask outdoors then you are "polluting the air" they claim and they get pissy at you. They sometimes threaten to call the cops on you and go on that people who don't wear masks need to be arrested. I have been accosted for daring to go to the mailbox and get my mail unmasked. I've been having to do things like laundry after midnight after people have gone to bed to avoid problems. There are a few of us here who do that. It's like we've had to almost develop our own subculture to cope.

I know you have that democratic governor up there but I thought KY was overall still a red state. Sounds like our northern neighbors are struggling to keep their freedom.

They have, but the crowd here needs something to continue to whine about. I'm in CT and haven't worn a mask in weeks. Life is essentially back to normal here.
