I believe most states have now either lifted mask mandates for fully vaccinated or have scheduled to do so, and all this ridiculous "it's permanent" paranoia looks sillier by the day. I was hopeful mask mandates would be lifted by end of summer, and here we are in mid-June.
By fall I bet the remaining fed mandates for public transportation, etc. will also be gone.
Or maybe all the people "whining" about it actually made a difference and they were lifted due to the pushback? Do you really think it would have been lifted without ANY resistance?
The vaccines have only minimal usefulness when one considers that those who have already had Covid are fully immune already. And when you consider that there are more cost effective treatments like Hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin and vitamins like D, C and also Zinc, that makes them also less needed. Plus the death rate is already very low. Its like advocating an anti cancer campaign by forcing everybody to undergo chemotherapy.
Then finally there are the health concerns about the vaccines and their safety.
Masks... were of minimal use to begin with as was social distancing. Lockdowns also served no purpose. It's like the NIH and CDC and WHO were run by gross incompetents. And that's being kind. They seemed to be deliberately doing a disastrous job.
Now the Cleveland Clinic thinks natural immunity is for life.
So all those vaccinations into people that already had it are pretty much useless.
Remember the narrative that "Vaccines provide a lot more protection than natural immunity?"
More fake news.
