Yep, let's do this China style!

Let's weld those doors shut and get some armed agents forcing everyone in!

All because of a virus with 99% survival rate.

Yeahhhhh! That would fly outside of totalitarian countries! Hellll yeah!

Fools still think anything less than completely foolproof = "don't work arh arh."

It's about mitigating risks not eliminating them. That is all.

Great. If your TV told you to wear you underwear on the outside of your clothes to stop the virus you'd probably do that too!

Have fun!

This is exactly the point Fauci made last year when he said not to wear masks.

Some people think they actually protect you from viruses, and thus they DO NOT socially distance!

Maybe they would, but I don’t particularly care what they think about me in China. Maybe masks are theater? I doubt it, but either way, it doesn’t add up to this grand awfulness that anti-mask folks claim. It’s barely sub-optimal, it’s just not a big deal.

Saran Wrap? Eh, no thanks.

How so? You were simply wrong.

You're spreading "sky is falling" BS about corona. You obviously didn't get the facts before assuming.

All I did was post direct facts from the CDC.

Yep, part of the grand compromise of the various flavors of society. But that would be an actual lock down and it would have worked.

What we did? You can't get a hair cut but you can crowd up in a store including with those not wearing masks and actively shouting at and spitting on people? Not a recipe for success nor a lock down.

Was that because of masks or because of no mass gatherings? France had strict mask mandates with fines and covid still exploded in that country.

Both.

The medical advice is stacked mitigating factors. None are perfect.
