The problem is, black cops prefer to police white or Asian neighborhoods. All cops prefer policing nice, safe neighborhoods.
If black cops were stuck policing the 'hood, with no chance of ever being transferred to safe, cushy neighborhoods, they'd complain about job discrimination.
Cops prefer high income areas because the crime rate is lower, which makes the job easier. I doubt black cops care about being in an Asian or white neighborhood specifically. I think they mainly care about the income level of the neighborhood they serve.
I think the only way to make the Left and BLM happy is for white cops to never confront or arrest any black criminal...if they're raping or killing anyone, just call a black cop.
What’s wrong with you? It is not their duty to shoot black criminals or white criminals or purple criminals. They are not now nor ever were the punishment arm of the criminal justice system. Shooting criminals is not the job of police officers and if anyone joins a police force thinking it is they should be fired immediately.
They should shoot to protect their life and the lives of others. And that's what 99.99% of these shootings do.
Whether from black, white or other neighborhoods, police don't need to respond to reports of fights. Let them settle their disputes on their own.

But lots of white couples get into violent disputes and don't appreciate intervention from the police.
If policing is supposed to be community service, then cops should only police the community where they live.
Stalin did the opposite. He had ethnic rivals police the ethnicities they hated. That way, Stalin could be assured that his NKVD troops hated the people they were in charge of, and less inclined to show mercy.
I think the Feds dislike community policing for the same reason. They want to be assured that police will obey orders from Washington, rather than from their communities.

Well, sure. But it amounts to the same thing. High income, safe neighborhoods are generally white or Asian.
