Apparently Biden has asked civilian airliners to help evacuate refugees.
Wow, imagine how insane those airport lines/crowds are going to get when all those Afghans start to see civilian airliners arrive, thinking it’s for all of them and not just those who qualify.
Again, Joe Biden’s schedule today is “give remarks then go to Delaware”.
He keeps trying to get the hell out.
Elect a President who spent the entire campaign season hiding in his basement in Delaware, and you end up with a President who will endlessly try to run away and hide in his basement in Delaware.
Times like these, having actual leadership would be kinda nice.
The Blowhard in Chief who was supposed to do this said he could end the war in 10 days. Oh yeah but he didn't want to kill 10 million people. So if fact he actually couldn't end the war in 10 days. So he didn't do anything substantive in four years. Afghanistan and Covid, the big failures of the GOP will be ancient history by the next election. Which specific points are you claiming aren't legit?
Since you will likely be vague, let's just start in order 1 by 1.
1. Biden broke the agreement.
The UN Security Council unanimously approved of Trump's February 2020 deal with the Taliban for a May 2021 withdrawal. The Taliban stopped launching major offensives and no American soldiers were killed after the agreement was reached in February 2020.
Biden then, who campaigned on being the best one to get us out, changed the deadline by 4 months unilaterally without the Taliban and without a clear reason for doing so other than to leave on 9-11 for symbolism.
Changing the terms unilaterally is in fact breaking the deal.
P.S. Democrats are supposed to be woke and so understanding of other cultures. Democrats can't see how arrogant it looks to other cultures to have the US unilaterally break an agreement to meet a superficial goal of being out on 9-11?
It does rather sound like Desert One where certain crew members were supposedly replaced because others would look better at the awards celebration.
So Brave Stranger, aren't you strongly against any mandatory mask mandates to protect yourself from the over million illegals walking the streets who may be sick from covid?
Here's a crazy idea: instead of Americans having to mask up to protect ourselves from the COVID-carrying illegals, why don't we kick the illegals out of the country and stop letting more in? I know, crazy, right?
