Biden does not care about Americans dying on his watch.
Why should he care? If he makes it to 2024 he will be reelected again no matter if people vote for him or not. Just like sitting in his basement during the 2020 presidential campaign, he knew that he didn't have to lift a finger to do anything because he would be elected no matter what.
As a result he doesn't have to care about anyone or anything, certainly not about his 2024 reelection. He will probably sit out that campaign in his basement again and be easily reelected, by the most number of votes of any president in history. What a great deal. For him.

As I stated before many times...Biden owns this botched evacuation.....but are you going to dump 20 years of Afghanistan policy incompetence on Biden alone??? This whole thing has fingerprints of four presidents all over it. Do we overlook that???

Not happening, in 2024 he will be in a nursing home. Also, Americans are waking up and seeing what a POS he is. Partisanship aside, even CNN is villafying him.
He only cares to retreat to his basement to watch Howdy Doody shows or old reruns of Bozo the Clown.
