We decided a long time ago that's not true hence why we have lesser charges like manslaughter, negligent homicide, etc.

Black and white thinking just does not play well in the real world and when trying to sort out human behavior.

Not all women who kill fetuses are subject to fetal homicide laws. That's what's unconstitutional about them.

They want it to not be murder if it's women killing their own children.

As an adopted person I can say without hesitation that I’m glad abortion was not legal when I was conceived.

I do not oppose the Texas ruling/law. It does not ban abortion but simply forces people to plan ahead and act more responsibly.

That being said I would still rather live in a free country where my personal decisions on what to do with my own body aren’t anyone’s business. That goes for abortion, vaccines, drugs of any kind, assisted suicide etc…

The only caveat being that nobody else should be required to pay for or fund what you decide to do with your own body. When you start expecting to have your choices paid for by others then they have the right to establish rules.

1. You are not a "baby" until you are born. That is the dictionary definition.

2. I personally am fine with adoption. Problem is our foster care system is broken and republicans have no interest in fixing or funding it.

3. I'm straight, but the fact that we still have laws preventing and hindering LGBT from adopting further shows that republicans dont take adoption serious.

4. You dont have to be an "advocate" to have an opinion on this matter. Stop putting people in a box.

Murder is lawful when committed by some members of the general public but not others? It shouldn't be. That's what's unconstitutional about it.

What makes it unconstitutional? I can go to town and shoot someone and its unlawful and I get charged with murder, but if Im standing in my home and someone breaks in I can shoot them and its lawful and Im not charged. So whats unconstitutional about that?

Why? Are you a cop or prosecutor? Otherwise, I don't think any single woman or married couple would appreciate you nosing in on their reproductive decisions. For instance, a woman wanting the services of an abortion clinic would not want your interference there.
