I agree, but that isn't the case here. HIs public statements implied he had been vaccinated when he wasn't. The only reason his unvaccinated status was discovered was that he tested positive and then it came out.

All of his teammates and coaches knew he was unvaxxed and that he was allergic to ingredients - he was trying to get an exemption and they knew it.

that sounds a lot like "it depends on what your definition of is is." He knew what he was doing. He was misleading the press about it when he said he was "immunized." He lied.
Actually if he was vaccinated he would be back to work after two negative tests 24 hours apart. The only reason its 10 days is because is not vaccinated.

CNN is a media company that's only goal is to line the pockets of it's shareholders. The way they choose to go about that goal is by selling advertising slots. What sells slots at a premium is the political bs that they spew on a daily basis. Any hot issue that they can blow out of proportion is the best way to line their pockets...
