Not by any legal definition. Be serious here. What was the group being targeted for terrorism? Was this The White Children and White Elderly Peoples' parade? No. I'm sure there were participants and victims of many ages and beliefs. It may not be even pre-meditated legally, but I'd like to see them do life for it (no capital punishment in WI).
Oh please, if a white guy ran through a crowd at a rap festival it would have been labeled a hate crime before the victims made it to the hospital and the fact that it wasn't explicitly labeled a black event or that a handful of non-black people were victims wouldn't have change that.

I don't understand the desire of the right to make a racial incident out of what increasingly appears to be the sequela to a stabbing. We don't even know the racial makeup of the crowd. Waukesha is a white majority city, but obviously not everyone who lives there is white and there is a decent probability that some of the victims were not white.

And we do know the racial makeup of the crowd thanks to dozens of videos of the event that exists. They are the same white people that you curiously referred to earlier.

Oh, the driver was definitely purposefully aiming his vehicle at people and deliberately plowing down as many as he could.
This is more than "Oh, I was just fleeing for my life from a knife fight, sir" The man was deranged and very methodically mowing people down.
He could have gotten his vehicle off of the main drag once he saw that there was a parade going on and he did not do that. This was a crime of opportunity. And I do think that the driver HATED the people he plowed into and wanted to destroy them.

What are you talking about? Watch the videos. Look at this black racist's past. Seriously. I don't care if this felon was fleeing, he murdered 5 white people and injured 40+! The parade looked to be 100% white.
Just saw a report on this horrific incident. Leftist reporter said “SUV” at least 15 times. A Ford Escape is a little unibody station wagon that weighs less than most cars. It’s obviously the fault of the non- eco friendly “SUV”, not the hate filled leftist.
