The point is that "government" schools should only be considered for "government" jobs.

You can intelligently question her rulings, calling her an imbecile is dumb.

Well it’s better than calling her a rapist.

Why didn't she just say, "An adult biological female human being." Just six words. That's pretty easy!

Body parts determine your sex. They don't determine your gender though which is way more complicated.

This thread isn't about transgenderism.

Agreed it shouldn't be but the republican 2022 campaign began with the senate confirmation hearings bringing up CRT and transgender. This is the best they can do to criticizes a supreme court nomination, none of which has anything to do with a sitting judge.

As more states pass laws banning transgender genetic males (XY chromosomes) from competing in girls'/women's sports the issue of "what is a woman" may very well be extremely relevant if any of those state laws are challenged at SCOTUS.

From his/her testimony to Congress under oath, we know where KBJ lies on that issue. He'll/she'll support the Democrats' ongoing efforts to completely claw back genetic girls' and women's (XX chromosomes) Title IX Rights. 1972-2022. RIP Title IX. The Democrats hate it.
