Kamala and her endless word salad speeches showed us what happens when you make race and gender a prerequisite to a job.

Exactly. It's amazing how many people cannot or will not comprehend the fact that she wasn't going to get sucked in by the stupid and irrelevant line of questioning.

The question was irrelevant. I'd be offended, too; the questioners were not taking her seriously.

You keep repeating the same nonsense over and over and over and over and ... Yet you provide nothing to back up the message on your stuck turntable needle.

Once you get hold of something it's tough to shake it loose, never heard that issue raised in the 20 hours of hearings so I guess this is just your own personal theory. Title IX is mostly about discrimination in a broad sense but I guess your point relates to sports. I think Title IX is safe from these approximately 100 transgendered athletes participating in women's sports many who aren't even competitive, but keep on worrying.

Mindlessly parroting a fake argument only shows how people are triggered and manipulated by this false claim that Biden, somehow, by nominating a competent and qualified black woman, is striking a blow against Title IX. The point of Title IX is: "No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving federal financial assistance." If you are somehow concerned about women's sports and the horrific bugaboo of a trans athlete unfairly competing in some female high school or Olympic sport, just chill. It is not happening in any significant numbers and the entire topic is raised as a point of manipulation and false alarm. The issue of trans athleticism is evolving and will eventually be resolved. The fact that the women's sports issue is the red flag that people are waving shows that the point has little to do with women's sports but rather the right's inability to recognize or accept the idea of trans-gender as a legitimate concept or reality.

Safe? NOPE. Not. One. Bit. I'm sure you've heard of "Lia" Thomas. Subpar competitor as the XY chromosome man he is and then voilà... breaking records and winning titles when he suddenly "identifies" as a woman and competes against genetic (XX chromosomes) females. "Lia" Thomas wiped out all "her" genetically female NCAA competitors. THAT'S why it matters how a SCOTUS Justice defines a woman. KBJ gave her answer... he/she eschews science and will support the Democrats in totally clawing back genetic girls' and women's Title IX Rights. 50 years of progress achieved by girls and women flushed down the toilet by Democrats. 1972-2022 RIP Title IX.

You're making a ridiculous assumption. KBJ doesn't even know if he/she is a woman so how can anyone else know?

"Up the social ladder"? This country has years to go before it makes it past the "Taking my boot off your neck" stage...

I think we all recognize ridiculous when we see it. And yes, you are. Good job with that.
