Ketangi Brown Jackson* is now on the SCOTUS. Sad day. She is the affirmative action candidate who has no idea what a woman is. Affirmative action will bring this country down as we get more and more average people in high positions. If you don't believe me, look at the VP.
A black woman who can't even articulate a plausible definition of a woman.
Oh, so you wanted her to speculate? That's not very scientific, is it?
What would you have wanted her to say? I'm seriously interested in anyone who criticizes her for her answer wanting to know what they would have said (and please remember, she's not just an average citizen, but a judge - you can't have judges just winging definitions because actual definitions matter).
She said she couldn't provide a definition, which was a lie.
She could have provided a definition if she had wanted to.....she just didn't want to provide a definition.
It doesn't take a biologist to give a definition.
I read that several in the GOP themselves were unable to provide a definition. Of course she and they know what a woman is. She just wasn't taking the bait.

It's only bait if she had a DEI/trans/lgbtq+-~^* agenda to advance.
The Dems gave us the first black president, the first black vice president, and now the first black woman SCOTUS judge.
Obama and Harris are both bi-racial. Jackson is not 100 per cent black. Stick to the facts. Don't erase these people's personal history.
Half of the present Supreme Court is risible. Let's see how Jackson does.
