The fact that Joe Biden openly declared he was going to put the first black woman on SCOTUS right before he nominated her alone should disqualify her.

In fact, Joe Biden has no business nominating anyone to anything given that statement and his overt racial and sexual bias.

I only mention what others did as to sentencing because of the allegation that Judge Jackson had a reputation of going light on defendants. She did not.

Plus, as she noted, she was a trial judge and it is wrong to try to focus in on one case and try to make some wide-ranging presumptions about her habits or capabilities.

I just thought of this today.. all the time we hear about activist judges whom - when the police capture a criminal - robber, etc. - the perp is let out of prison one day later. thanks to activist judges.. so this demon who wants to be the next supreme court justice is probably one of those activist judges.

if so, this has been going on for the last 10 or so years. maybe 5 years, i dont know. could that explain her reasoning on some of her answers like going soft on crime? apparently she is not the only one.

The chief justice decides who will write opinions. It is just about impossible that no ruling ever goes her way.

That alone disqualifies her in my book. You're not going to get the best person for the job when you exclude like 80+% of the legal profession solely on the basis of race and sex.
