So you admit for whatever reason is not an impartial hearing, it's 1 sided and no challenges from the minority party. You can blame McCarthy or Santa Clause or Big Foot but it doesn't change the fact it isn't an impartial hearing and all push 1 narrative.

If a black defendant doesn't get a fair hearing it doesn't change the fact if is the fault of is the lawyer, jury, judge or police. It's still a 1 sided hearing. You are putting blame but are not denying that is 1 sided.

If there is, go ahead and post it.

What side? there is NO other side. Secret Service doesn't challenge the hearing, that's not their job. You lost me.

There’s no other side because McCarthy refused to seat anyone else. There are 210 republicans in the House and two of them are currently on the panel, he could have chosen any of the others after Pelosi declined to seat all of his initial picks. He decided that it would be more politically advantageous to refuse to select anyone else. So far, it seems to have backfired on him. Trump sure seems to think so as well. There really is no one else to blame but McCarthy.

So you admit, it's a 1 sided hearing. You just blame McCarthy. That doesn't change the fact it's a 1 sided hearing.

This isn’t a trial. All your comparisons to a criminal trial are moot because congressional hearings are not trials and don’t have to follow procedures of a criminal trial. As others have already stated, Trump and his minions are more than welcome to testify. And the GOP was invited to seat a number of people on the panel, but they refused. They are sabotaging their own hearings, and there’s no one to blame but themselves.

Apparently it’s their job to correct the record. Has anyone else come forward to correct the record, under oath?

Or to put forward that the questions they answered were unfair, one sided, coercive, or otherwise inappropriate?

BOTH impeachments weren't criminal trials, either. Neither were Trump's THREE SCOTUS picks/confirmations that got rammed through, despite McConnell stonewalling Obama's pick. The cognitive dissonance on the right would ordinarily be astounding, but they've elevated Trump to a Christ-like figure so don't expect them to accept any factual evidence at face value any time soon...

I got responses indicating that I named the wrong type of car. But, my main question was as follows: 1) Whether, if there was any physical altercation between the President and the Secret Service driver, did the car swerve on the street? (whatever type of car, it was); and 2) Is there any video evidence, from a street camera, of that car swerving as evidence that something going on, in that car?
