Trump running again just made my holidays joyfull. He will block any decent candidate from getting too the general and he has no way of winning a general election. Now I need for the Democrats to groom a middle of the road nominee to be ready to takeover for Biden. I do not want Biden to run and Harris is not ready for primetime. They need a backup plan just in case Trump/DeSantis come to a mutual agreement to allow DeSantis to secure the nomination. Having said this I am sure the Democrats will find away to make this race by either running Biden or some kook for 2024.

If the republican party doesn't moderate they keep losing elections simple as that.

Yeah life has gone HORRIBLE in the 2 years under the illegitimate regime in DC.
I think Biden is a terrible president but he's not responsible for such a downfall.

Bush was pretty conservative and good compared to the evil left socialists with Biden/Harris admin we have now
"A little over the top"
"Temporary"

Nice try.

For those saying that Trump should retire and not run in 2024 I say you shouldn’t vote in 2024. Please. Stay home, get drunk and watch old movies. With all due respect, please don’t vote. Just this one time. Thank you.

Kind of great news, honestly, as much as I hate everything so much about that garbage dump of a man. Hope that he wins the party nomination and loses the election just like last time, effectively blocking any Republicans that might have a chance in the general. Because, I could be wrong of course, but I don't see him winning, even with the boost that Repubs always get of the electoral college unfairness- as he didn't win last time, and now he doesn't have incumbent advantage, is a frakkin' insurrectionist, and of course tangled up in multiple criminal and civil investigations. Also, as a former president and known politician now, he doesn't have the whole 'blank slate', or the credit he had to make all those ridiculous promises like he did in 2016 as a political outsider, that got him his initial support, and then proceeded to mostly let down said base for 4 years. It's hard to predict these things, but I don't see a Trump victory being likely at all, so strategically I would have to say, great, bring on his candidacy.

On a side note, I haven't yet solidified my opinion on whether or not I think Biden should run again. I think he's mentally sharp enough to do it and win it, and any talk otherwise is nonsense. But, strategically I'm still not sure if he should run. I do wish that Buttigieg was the VP and presumptive next in line, rather than Harris. Pete would make a great president.

Harold Hill used the “think system” in “The Music Man.”

Harold Hill was a con man selling a false bill of goods to gullible hicks who wanted to believe.

Trump needs a uniform with brass trim and a baton.
