If it were not for his ridiculous religious leanings I would actually agree with you. I was very impressed with how he handled himself on Jan 6th. Never thought I would hear myself say that.

He is very religious and I respect his being prayful and such. But I don't think that stops him from making rationale, sane, logical policy right?

I don't live in the USA, but since Trump is announcing he is running, it will be good for the Democrats. Even if Trump gets the Republican contender of the election, masses of people will vote for the Democrats, just like the 2020 election, to ensure he is not president again.

In 2016 I think a lot of people voted for trump because they didn't want Hilary as a president. Seems like people in the US show up to vote when it's agonist something they hate

Never tried shoving green new deal, socialism or wokieism or other far extreme left policies down our throat like the liberals of today want to do.

Bush was republican and a good one at that.

Patriot act was a little over the top, but it was temporary in response to 9/11.

Bush was pretty conservative and good compared to the evil left socialists with Biden/Harris admin we have now

I didn't have the OP pegged as someone easily swayed by propaganda. Guess I was wrong.

I could almost vote for Pence. Moderate Democrats respect him for his honesty and for upholding the Constitution on Jan 6th plus we have sympathy for the way they wanted to kill him after he had been so loyal.

If only he had some more moderate politicies--give women back the right to abortion within reason and get the religious right off our backs, etc. If he could fix the illegal immigration mess, if he could put an end to "woke" "cancel culture" and men competing against women in sports, he'd get Democratic votes because Democrats on the far left have gone too far for the rest of us.

Agreed. Fox News was Kari Lake Central as of two weeks ago.

They will switch back to be Trump central soon enough, the same way Trump followers took a hiatus when Fox called Arizona for Biden in 2020, but eventually came back.

Yes sorry I do. No offense to the deeply religious here.
But religion can make people make decisions beyond rational sense.
