In reference to the original poster I believe she is correct and should be applauded for her decision to pull her children out of the schools on the gay propaganda "Day of Silence". We are taking our children out of the schools also. Hopefully more and more parents will take their children out of the public schools and when the schools start losing big money they may go back to teaching instead of promoting indoctrination which has no place in the schools. The National Education Association gave 65 million dollars to very far left and gay organizations last year. It does not sound like their first interest is in education.
That sounds like the perfect way to make more people hate gays. Is it not enought their creedo is "Out Loud, Out Proud and In Your Face"?
We're here, we're *****, get used to it! I think that line sums it up the best. Every minority had to fight to get where they are today. The homosexual community has every to be heard and not hated. Stop using God as an excuse to hate.
I think race and religious beliefs are two entirely topics for most people...your comparing apples and oranges here zonababe, most people of ALL Races who are christians believe that the lifesytle is wrong, cause their bible says so, that is their right, whether we agree or not, that is their right to think this and to act upon it. It is their religious beliefs, yes even African Americans believe this to be wrong.
It is the same, gay people are just easier targets because they have no definative racial body...which makes it all the more disgusting and pathetic that groups whom have been discrimated against in the past, in part because of justification from the bible, is using the exact same thing now to discrimate against others.
