I think that all those conservatives who are dead set against everything that Obama says and does should drive big HP V-8s just out of defiance.
Speaking of SUV safety, I think they should be available with twin rear axles.
Have you sought treatment for episodes of hysteria like this?

Why should I get treatment if I want to express conservative opinions?

fwiw, the dodge ram is a pickup.
let's see what the list looks like before you worked your leftist magic on it, shall we?

Ford F-Series: 515,513
Chevy Silverado: 465,065
Toyota Camry: 436,617
Honda Accord: 372,789
Toyota Corolla: 351,007
Honda Civic: 339,289
Nissan Altima: 269,668
Chevy Impala: 265,840
Dodge Ram: 245,840
Honda CR-V: 197,279

how many of those vehicles make the arbitrary 35.5 mpg average that bammers is going to impose?
not the 2008 honda accord - even with the smallest available engine and 5 speed, it only gets 31 mpg.
ditto for the camry.
the altima gets 32 mpg, so it's out as well. and the CR-V isn't even close at 27 mpg.

i guess you're stuck with the civic and the corolla, the only tiny tin cans you managed to list
Thank you for calling this guy out. I was about to do the same thing but you already handled it for us logical people.

And we can of course count on corporations to be more interested in the country and its people than their bottom line, right?

Freedom does not include the right to drive a monster SUV or a Hummer. Freedom is good but it must be tempered by regulation for the good of everybody.

We don't need no environmental concerns because there is no future.
Any day now Jesus will return and make everything okay. If we crimp ourselves about environmental issues it was all for nothing.

Oh puuuuhleeze! The Wall Street crowd along with many CEOs have attained levels of greed, arrogance, and corruption the government hasn't even dreamed of.
