In this case it's a very appropriate comparison. The abortion movement (actually an arm of the eugenics movement) inspired the Nazis, and Sanger (founder planned parenthood) praised the Nazis. And the reasons cited for justifying the abortions in this case is precisely the sort of thing the Nazis and other eugenicists would cite.

So, you think the woman in the article should have been forced to carry to term? For what purpose, exactly?

And I'm not even a pro lifer.
Oh really? That's 164 abortions/day, every day.

I think you'd better go take that shower and think about reality a bit.

Personally, a woman's health trumps crab legs, IMO.
None of his murders were necessary to save any woman's life that I'm aware of.

More than just crab fishing going on...in countries like Japan (little land for farming) a large part of their food comes from that fishing...

Math wins.

Kansas had a little over 12k abortions total performed last year, and Tiller's clinic wasn't the only one in the State... so yeah 60k is a little wacky.

If your wife was pregnant, and the pregnancy threatened her life, would you force her to carry to term?

If your wife was pregnant, and it turned out the fetus had ancephaly and would die during childbirth, would you force her to carry to term?

Those are the services he provided to women and was murdered for.

Well according to another poster, he performed 60,000 abortions a year. So which is it?

Yeah, 100% of Tiller's antics were on life-threatened women.
