I'd say that's dishonest.
Not everything bad started on 20 Jan 09.

But everything that started on 20 Jan 09 IS bad.

like what, pulling the financial mess away from the precipice? Getting GM streamlined and turned around so fast that it can go public next year? trying to figure out a way to make basic health care affordable for everyone? getting us started moving out of Iraq?

terrible things, terrible....

I am sure you are aware that those positions existed before Obama, only now they are called "Czars". It's a nick name.

Some did some did not. Reading the article shows how much more power these czars have. No matter who uses them are we not circumventing the purpose of the constitution to give advise and consent from congress?
the article points out how the lines between official and czars seems to be gray.
Should not the transportation Secretary be the car czar?
Should,l not the SS be the czar to Afghanistan.
Do you not see problems in these czars?

No, I have no problem with nick names. I am the Czar in my house, and my wife is the Queen. Big deal.

But the difference is -- you are not making policy for the rest of the nation.

Neither are the "czars". All they do is advice the admin. Like I said the "czar" positions have always existed, only under the name "advisor".

In some cases though, like the case of homeland security czar, they head departments. Homeland Security Chief aka "czar" is approved by senate. Those positions which need such authorization, are approved, while the lesser advisers are just advisers. The myth that there are "czars" writing legislation in US is nothing but right wing MSM propaganda.

Americans didn't want to be in the banking, auto or insurence business . We don't want to take care of others by force . We take care of our own and want others to do so . We don't owe you one dime much less a lifetime of freebees . if you don't want hungry children don't ly down with bad men . if you do lye down with bad men don't exspect others to take care of their kids . We have our own to care for .

Welfare was the begining of the end of a first world America . Fast into third world ,not because some want to feed off us but because we won't stand peacefully up and say enough .
