The "Moral" approach to health care right now covers them. Our facility gets a lump sum paid by taxpayers at the end of the fiscal year based on how many indigents we see (citizens ad not). They also take up one of the most expensive services in the hospital, the emergency department (second only to the OR).

The answer to all of your questions is, yes, medical care has been, is, and will always be given - at taxpayer's expense, if necessary - in all of the scenarios you mention.

I'm not a politician or an expert on this sort of thing but I do know what is being proposed is wrong and un-constitutional. How is making it fine and dandy to insure ILLEGAL aliens (read criminals) the way to go? It's insanity.

I see somebody lying here, but it isn't the President. He never said that the economy would recover in a few months - he's been quite adamant that it would be a couple of years, and that unemployment would get worse for the next year. So you lied.
It's true that the health care bill does not cover undocumented workers. You are lying. And nobody decent uses the term "illegals." No person is "illegal."
Bush is primarily to blame for the recession, and especially for the magnitude of it and the level of crime that went along with it. You can stand athwart history and shout "No!" but nobody will hear you. You are lying.

Do you understand the difference between "illegals" and "illegal aliens" or "illegal immigrants?" Here's a hint: one of those terms has one word, and the others have two. That makes them different.
