If the constitution is going to become a piece of paper used for the gain of a few at the expense of many, then it should be ripped up and rewritten.

Think about it, whats the point if ideology doesn't address the problems of the current world.

The left is about to explode. LOL! They simply do not understand the First Amendment or what the court said.

Try law school and some study of constitutional law then get back to me.

A point well taken!

The constitution was written to protect the rights and freedom of citizens. If following the constitution to the letter actually impedes our freedom and rights, it needs to be rewritten. Much has changed in our country since it was written.

I am sure our founding fathers never intended or dreamed of how the constitution is being used as the foundation for corruption!

What is your experience in law? Most people of intellect have more to offer than trolling posts.

So if one doesn't agree with the lunatic fringe left, they're trolls? Nice try.

Not if you have something intelligent to offer to the discussion other than this:

Perhaps you should read what the Supremes had to say about the First Amendment:

This is separate but equal millennium century style.

A natural person that averages about 30-40K a year will be effectively disenfranchised by a legal fiction that has billions of dollars worth of resources at its disposal.

Great way to kick off the millenium, fellow Americans.

A return to two tiered society, this time with fictional incorporated people (where does it state that legal fictions have the rights of natural persons who are American citizens ) controlling fiefdoms composed of consumizens.

Its like a bad scifi movie 'cept this one's for real.

You are obviusly very young and naive. You are too ignorant to see throught the smoke and mirrors. If you are American and plan to remain in this country as an American, you have been sorely duped. You will never have a voice in any decision, election or legislation as of this day. You are owned and will always answer to big corporations. They will decide everything for you. Have a nice life!
