FOXNews.com - Arrest Made in N.J. Walmart 'All Black People' Case
Said they'll give more details later today but they have made an arrest in the case. ON WHAT CHARGES! Sounds more like he "tried" to be funny on the intercom system. If stupid is a crime then we need bigger prisons. I can't believe police manpower was put on this incident instead of other minor offenses like vandalism, breaking and entering, grand theft, rape, murder, etc.

Default ATTENTION Wal*Mart Shoppers!! All Blacks Leave!

I have to defend Wal*Mart on this. It was obviously a stupid dumb prank probably by some ignorant teenager trying to get on "Jackass". What is even dumber is that some people actually believed it and left!
I seriously doubt that it was an employee and, if it was, I seriously doubt that management directed him to make the announcement. And I would not bet on him having a job past today.

It's obviously not Walmart's policy. Of course it wants any shoppers of any kind -- anyone who loves the cheap foreign made products is certainly welcome at Walmart. It's a great place to spend a welfare or unemployment check.

Yup- a 16 year old\Charged with "Bias intimidaion".

Ok so send him to some sensitivity class, give him an assigment to do in his community and move on. I think its more like the parents should be punished. Obviously they have not done their job with this kid.

This story has crossed the line into being pathetic. The announcement was made by a 16 year old kid, who I understand is NOT an employee of WalMart.

There was nothing derogatory in the words he used, other than the words combining to form a tasteless and classless message. Obviously, it was a poorly played prank.

Now the "grown-ups" are just falling ALL OVER themselves to make a much bigger issue out of it. If people are so offended by what was said that they need therapy and damages, then they have waaaayyy bigger problems in life that they need to deal with.
