Do you believe this should be a prank punished as a bias hate crime?
I think whoever did it should obviously be fired but prosecuted I am not sure about.
I'm sure they have been fired if it was an employee but, it could have been a shopper who got ahold of the microphone for the store's PA system some how too. I don't see how it's a crime though....what would the charges be in terms of a hate crime? I can see how they might be able to charge them for using the stores PA system to make an unauthorized announcement and then if found guilty, give them the maximum penalty for it. Maybe the store will be able to press charges.
The best punishment is to broadcast his face on the news, and then stick him in the nearest ghetto in NJ for about an hour. That would satisfy all sides. Sure, he'd probably get shot, but hey.

It doesn't really bother me that much , i thought it was kinda funny. Only white people think it was wrong , which they should.
What's up with WalMart...the #1 retailer in the world...that in this day and age of technological advances that any kid can go into any WalMart store across the country, and randomly pick up a building phone and make an announcement over the PA system??? Why wasn't a system employed whereas a certain code must first be entered.
I still blame WalMart...and give that kid credit for having the balls to pull off a prank like that one!
So you show one picture of African Americans at a Walmart and extrapolate that to include all Walmarts. Nice reasoning! Do you think the majority of Walmarts in the country resemble that scene or one with a lot of white trash. I think you know the answer to that.
