Does anyone know why the arena box office is on reduced hours and days? I went over there last Friday to buy a specific seat for the Chicago game and the place was locked up. Signs on all doors indicate the BO in open only from 10am to 4pm on Tuesday-Thursday. Web site says Monday-Saturday.
I can't figure out how to get the seat on Ticketmaster and need to speak with a live person, face to face. The BO phone # brings up layers of recordings but no live person.

Staffing problems most likely. Reduced hours has been a common symptom of not enough people able to work.

A week or so before the opener, they said they needed an additional 300 staffers. I am sure they didn't get them, after seeing the delay in opening some of the parking lots.
Bad start early but big response in the 2nd and Freddie once again made the saves needed. Lorentz, wow what a goal! Hope Pesce is okay, that was a brutal hit.
Went to the game against Chicago last night. Sloppiest game I've seen in years. Canes took entirely too many penalties but prevailed for a 7-0 start to begin the season.
