NEWS FLASH!!!!!!! We just got a call from our agent and our buyers are backing out. Called BUYER'S REMORSE. We had set tomorrow morning to sign contracts. Yes, we are very deflated - almost numb. I will have to keep my eyes on the blessings and at least we can go on to the beach - until Ike gets there. It is upsetting but nothing we can do. WE all just keep praying. Hope things work out better for you that have showings this weekend. Thanks for all the encouragement.

I got a call on my way home from work that we have a showing tomorrow morning. That makes 3 in 1 week! Pretty dang good since we sat a whole month without any at all!

Oh Mawoods I am so sorry! The blessing in this is that they did it now and not in the middle or end of closing. Try to have a good time and I pray your buyer is coming soon.

Oh, I am so sorry...I know how you feel...we lost a buyer once...you are handling it better than I did. they werent the right ones sweetie..hang in there...there's a better buyer out there for your home..
Mawoods-- I am so sorry. i know how you feel as well. We had two buyers over the past two months who backed out as soon as we countered once. Once had buyer's remorse and the other felt like things were moving too fast. Dogmom is totally right-- they weren't the right ones. You will find someone.
Morning all-so sorry Maewoods-it's discouraging but better it happened this early in!
Our realtor called at 9PM and said we have a showing this morning at 11.
