Lacey, Keep thinking p o s i t i v e, keep the faith it is gonna happen!!! 23 mins is a fair amount of time, I bought my last 2 homes within 20 mins of a walk thru of them. Hang in there....
23 minutes is pretty good! On the house I just bought I walked through an open house for about 15 minutes and went back that night for about 1/2 hr and we made an offer the next day. So 23 minutes is good! Stay positive! It is cold here and nobody wants to be looking at homes in the cold on a holiday weekend unless they are serious.

Spoke to another rea here and she said she has not had 1 showing on her listing here in 2 months! that just sucks!!!!

Hang in there, 23 minutes is a long time. Usually if someone doesn't care for a home it is 10 minutes or less! People know if they are interested in seeing more when they walk through the door. To me a house welcomes me from the beginning or not, I think most people feel that way. Sending a prayer your way!!!!

Well they were here about 23 minutes. Then saw them heading over to another lake. Mr. L kept saying "this is it" but you'all know me.
