I used to work with a guy who was 6' and 150 pounds. He was always complaining to me at how much of a puss Chris 6' 3" 285 was! I'll see both of you and raise ME! Hahaha
People who are too sure of themselves, their religion, their patriotism, their country, their morality, their wisdom, their life experience, their intellect, etc.
People who are inconsiderate, hypocritical, disrespectful, manipulative, ignorant and stupid.
People who are takers and not givers.
People who are negative, full of self-pity and enjoy the misery of others.
Men who think being manly just means having muscles, arrogance, people who judge everyone based on one experience, judgmental people, older people who assume ALL younger people are ignorant, dates who think everything is leading to sex, women or men who need constant reassurance about their looks, and people who are cruel.

Fact is, everyone has some muscle, depends on how well defined it is and how toned it is, what needs to be improved is muscular endurance and flexibility along with strength, the one's with huge muscles usually have the bulk/mass, without the explosive speed or muscular endurance.
