I'm starting to think he shouldn't be dating until after he's had a lot more therapy. This girl was flirting with him and there haven't been any real problems. It's the perfect situation for a guy and he is still a mess.
Tell me about it. After reading the ENTIRE thread, it starts to seem like G.A.D. is the emotional sphere of O.C.D.

ok, no big deal. You chickened on saying "date", but if she's into you, then it should be fine. first dates are often ambiguous. so just go and see if there is chemistry and take it from there.

BS, just as expected. I have it, too, as does just about everybody to some extent.

That's what the lack of healthy little spanking leads to!

Sounds like you didn't aggressively elicit a response. Don't be surprised if you don't hear back from her. I don't see a problem with calling to confirm details the day before like time to meet, who's picking who up etc.

Thats true. Even if she doesn't respond to this, I will call her the night before.

I am feeling a bit better after calming myself down.

Thank you.

The date isn't for a week and it sounded by "talk to you then" that they will talk before the date. So she can text back or not.
