Online dating is just one of the ways to meet lots of people. After that first meeting its just like dating a person you met in person for the first time. Dont give up yet. Just dont expect too much from it or get emotionally attached too soon. Keep your options open & date with an open mind. It would help you sharpen your skills & most definitely get you closer to defining the qualities you definitely 'dont' want in a person. When the right person comes along everything will fall into place. There are chances you would meet a lot more variety of people online than any bar because not everyone is at the same place at the same time or even same city. Atleast online you get to meet people you may never run into in person. That does open up a lot of options. Just dont hold off meeting someone for too long. Make a date quickly so that both of you will know for sure if it would work out. If the other person is giving excuses for not meeting you or stringing you along then move on to someone else.
Dating is nothing more than a game. Everyone is looking for something different, just gotta find someone on the same wavelength as you. No use worry about everyone else.

I'm just sick and tired of people b*tching and moaning about online dating and how all the women are so terrible. They're not.

There's only so much I can do because there are certain unattractive qualities I have that I can't change unfortunately.

People should accept you for who you are & if they don't like the way you look then they aren't for you. Move on to someone who wants you for who you are NOT what they want you to be.

That's a fair arguement, however it's all you do on this board anymore. You're just beating a dead horse and people who refuse to do anything to help themselves, or at least make an attempt to will always blame others. People also see that, there's no point in you complaining about it other than for you to vent and us to see how much of an a$$ you can be.
If it annoys you that much about something you read on the internet, you should probably take a break from CD and read a book or something. It does you no good staying on here.
