Eh. Yes and no. I know I'm not the majority of men's cup of tea, but I figure I may stumble upon someone as weird as I am and we can fall in mutual weirdness (to paraphrase Dr. Seuss). I may have done so already and it's going well between us and I'm trying not to let my pessimism ruin it. I honestly have no idea how to act around a guy that seems to actually like me and is open about it and doesn't seem to be lying about it just to get into my pants.
I swear, sometimes I feel like I never romantically matured past the age of 15.

People, especially men often assume I'm taken...
But I rarely get attracted to men and when I do it is always the unapproachable or the bad ones.

Is it maybe an age thing? Are you trying to date guys who are in their 20's and early 30's? If that's the case, then you're probably going to find a bunch of guys who still think like teenagers. But most of us do grow up at some point--either by choice or by force--and not all of us are just out to play you.
I don't date younger men. My age or older only. I'm 38.

If you're a guy who's not naturally attractive to women, then it requires a lot of time and effort to get a girlfriend. For me to possibly be attractive I have to find the perfect haircut to frame my face, find the clothes that look best on me, keep my complexion perfect by cleansing my pores out in the sauna for 1 hr everyday, etcetera. Still, I will not be attractive to a lot of women because I'm only 5'7". Is it worth all the effort to try and find a girlfriend? I dunno.
