I am in a relationship, so this post is not about looking for a date.

That's a tough list. I hit most of them, but fall short of a couple. I eat meat once/twice month, and I am out of the OP's age range (plus that relationship thing).

I mention this because even though I am probably a 90% match for the OP, I doubt that I have ever met anybody who is a perfect match. I think everybody knows that 'the list' is a wish list that must be compromised on, not a group of deal breakers.

I suppose I'm attracted to more metrosexual types.

The exact opposite of a guy like the following:
-has a huge, unkempt beard

-rowdy and undivertable attention when sports come on, namely football.

-has strong opinions about things he doesn't know about. posts angry, rude comments on Youtube which lack logic.
-despises vegetarians, makes fun of vegans
-despises liberals...
-has a Confederate flag on the back of his truck
-watches porn for at least an hour a day, would love to hire a camgirl if he could
-or, he's rich and has a sugar baby/mistress behind his wife's back...discretion is very important to him, to protect his reputation as a career/family man
-or, he is hipster-esque, tries to look cool in instagram shots, wears funny glasses, and only dates.

San Francisco. You might change the metro to homo for a greater chance.

This might be a long shot - but what city did Weird Science take place in? That might be your best bet!

Why are you looking for your male counterpart? Why not just meet people and see if you hit it off?

My bet is that the OP will be on a forum in ten years: "why cant I find/keep a man ?"
OP, men aren't made out of grocery lists. If you aren't model material, just throw out your criteria now. This mentality that you 'deserve' a man that fits your requirements will basically be your dating pitfall your entire life.

You should learn to get to know people as they are, instead of how you want them to be. I have a feeling my post will be scanned and passed over quickly.
There is a difference in seeking an educated, fit man, vs your 'mate criteria' you listed.

Well said! OP obviously has ridiculously high standards, and is no sense entitled to a man that fits her billing. What ever happened to just loving someone?
