Try not to let it bother you less than a week ago I lost mine at 25 a few days before my birthday. Take up hobbies this is a great way to meet new people but also boost your confidence in talking to people and it gives yourself stuff to talk about. We live in a very commercialized, hyper - sexual world (I'm just stating a fact) and I don't think CD Forums is the ideal venue to help you understand your discomfort with your virginity. Find a therapist, preferably a woman, to really understand the root cause of your discomfort.
yes I suggest never hiding this fact. I have told many women about it in the past and have never had a bad response about it. As she knew she was perfect with the whole thing for me and didn't force anything I admire her for that. I can put it this way i was a virgin who had never really kissed a girl and she over a space of a 4 days totally slowly got me over it all. If you hide it they can assume you used them to lose it, are crap in bed or a totally lied to them.

Mutual love and respect are of course required but I mean not so respectful that they label you a "nice guy".
You think being THAT is gonna get you labeled the nice guy? Sure....but think about this....
If a girl is not attracted to you period....and she wants to let you down easy....it doesn't matter if you are TOO respectful (if there is such a thing) she will label you that regardless.
So this whole fear of being the "nice guy" is really invalid and quite frankly, silly.
