That's one of the most bizarre posts I've seen in this forum.
Religion damages some people. And some damaged people sometimes seek solace in religion. For the most part, I don't engage them. In my book, most fundies are more to be scorned than pitied. But the opposite is true of the damaged ones.
Exactly! What was this 'sacrifice' they keep banging on about? There is no sacrifice in his 'dying' because he didn't really die did he. Just a few days inconvenience. Rather than...'Jesus died for your sins.' I should be.. 'Jesus gave up his week-end for your sins.'
If Jesus really wanted to prove his love for humanity he would have gone to hell and suffered eternally so we didn't have to. That's REAL love. Instead he just suffers a few hours dies and then gets resurrected and is back to his normal happy self. But we get sent to hell to suffer for eternity because we didn't believe a ridiculous story.

Essentially what you're trying to say here is that the daughter of an atheist who never heard of Jesus somehow painted a picture of Jesus? And it was confirmed to be Jesus by ... someone, I guess. All I saw was the name "Burpo" which made me wonder if he had chronic gas issues or something.

I've no doubt that where that poster is, they have both games, plus arts and crafts. The God she plays the games with wears colorful scrubs, perhaps printed with kittens or balloons on them, and possesses an access card that opens the doors to the corridors.
