Yes, Trump also diverts to conspiracy theories to distract from his lack of substance.

Well Hillary and the DNC have proved some conspiracy theories aren't so crazy. I remember all the Hillibots laughing at Bernie supporters for saying the DNC is working for Hillary and against Bernie... well that turned out to be true...

Have you ever read any black american history?

Giving the other side a chance was white segregationist southerners (conservatives) who believed that whites controlling black people as property and servants was the way god meant the world to be.

One of the biggest fallacies your segment of american loves to promote is this idea of a horrible black american reality that democrats have done nothing to help improve.

I personally don't believe in belonging to either party but what exactly do you believe black people supporting conservative politicians would lead to?

The american government with less federal power resulted in black people as actual property, not allowed to learn how to read or write, or speak proper english. One the biggest current obstacles to continued improvement for black americans is the fact that we are underrepresented in private employment and overrepresented in government employment. Without the help of unions and government backed promotion of the idea of black people as equal humans there is no doubt we would be in a much worse place.

Note I'm not saying democrats are great, I think the system used/uses race as one of dozens of dividing lines to keep people from united for the masses but that is obviously a much larger conversation.

The thing I don't get about people with your opinion is you seen to completely ignore the blatant disregard for black people as equal humans so prevalent in many conservative spaces and act like there is some awaiting oasis of promise that we are missing out on. You seen to also ignore that the majority (more than 50%) of black americans are not poor and do not consider themselves dependent on either party. Progressive politics have lead to a massive improvement in education and advancement for many black americans.

Your comment reminds me of the speeches Trump has been giving. The man is standing in front of mainly white and successful black audiences telling them how much their reality sucks and he is going to be surprised when he gets less than 2% of their vote.

Abraham Lincoln was a Republican.

The history of the DNC was very racist.

Up unti the 60's or so when there was a major shift in the platforms of the two parties. To insunuate that Black people are ignorant of that history is just mind-boggling, and that's being nice about it.
