Whats really interesting is the link you posted confirms what I have been saying. I am focused and talking about Seattle weather as I live here. Accordingly Seattle has 226 days a year or 62% of the year with heavy cloud cover. Interestingly Cities with atleast 310 cloudy days list Olympia with 312 a year or 85% of the time but if that list extended to 300 days a year Seattle would be a couple spots down at 307-8 as weather is nearly identical to Olympia even Portland.give or take a few days or rain or subshine.

but if you follow that link you posted and go to cloudiest cities there Seattle is listed as having 308 cloudy days a year.

Days with cloud cover doesn't mean cloudy days. Seattle may have 307 days with cloud cover but at the same time Seattle has 164 days (43-47%) with sunshine. Either one is true
