He has been already punished by ICC Ban.
So I think that crowd should stop Booing him.

Both Steve & Warner are fantastic players.

Or there is something (England vs Australia) rivalry in this booing which I fail to understand as a Foreigner !!

The booing in England is well natured compared to the MCG in Melbourne, which is a veritable cauldron of hatred and some other Australian venues.

The Cricket (and Rugby) rivalry goes back a long way (1882 in terms of the Ashes), and is well entrentched in both nations collectrive psyches.

New Zealanders also have a lot of rvalry when it comes to Australia and Rugby/Cricket, whilst India and Pakistan is anoter well documented cricketing rivalry.

So Australia wins the first Test Match.

Along with heroic batting by Steve Smith, poor team selection and bowling by England was an important reason for their loss.

Where are the bowlers who won you world cup like Jofra Archer. Plunkett, Wood ? Not in the squad ?
Instead you got Anderson who should have Retired by now and Moeen Ali who cannot spin the ball even on the 4th day of the Test Match.

Jofra Archeris back in the England team for the next Ashes game starting on the 14th August at Lords. Archer missed the first match due to injury but is now confirmed as part of the team for the next test. Anderson is now injured and has been dropped.

It's a shame Archer defected to England, Windies could really use him right about now.

Moeen Ali should be dropped. Both Moeen and Rashid are not Test Match material.

Spinners win you test matches utilising all the cracks on 4th day 5th day.

England must be having some spinners in their Domestic Cricket - Off spin, leg spin, left arm, Chinaman !!!

Afghanistan Cricket Board has suspended Muhammad Shazad indefinitely for a code of conduct violation. Just as well, it doesn't seem like his heart is in it any more. Phoning it in during the World Cup, very visibly out of shape, etc.

West Indies has selected only 13 player Test Squad for two Test Matches against India.

Jason Holder (capt), Kraigg Brathwaite, Darren Bravo, Shamarh Brooks, John Campbell, Roston Chase, Rahkeem Cornwall, Shane Dowrich (wk), Shannon Gabriel, Shimron Hetmyer Shai Hope, Keemo Paul, Kemar Roach

Is it Normal ? only 13 players ? Injury ot wicketkeeper or one substitute player on the field and you are nearly out of your squad. Probably every cricketer in West Indies wants to become T20 specialist - nobody likes Test Cricket.
