so no Dallasboi, The BB improvements have been going on for a while. As always, Dallas is playing catch up.

And no the plans for BB are not smaller than the Trinity project. The current Park is 160 acres and stretches for 2 miles. The new park will be five times as large stretching for 10 miles.

The sides of the bayou were scrapped to control flooding. This resulted in Brown water.
Efforts are underway to return the Bayou to its clear state by silting the water and replanting the trees.

This portion is just the updates to the existing park. It does not include the 8 additional miles of NEW parK:
lol...Catch up to what.......Your co signer Jack just posted a long insert on how dallas has been working to do SOMETHING with the trinity since the beggining of settling on the Trinity. However the plans that Houston are NOW implimenting were created in 2004 way after Dallas' current plan..Nice try......and yalls plan is mediocre at best...Yall have parks already that are better than that little stinky creek plan. little ole Turtle creek in Dallas is better than that...and smells better too....Step it up Houston...You are to big for these little plans yall come up with....Do something noteworthy for a change that people really notice and not just to say you did something.

Reason #1 of many why Houston becomes a world class city first.

It's like I always say, Dallas is Texas and Houston is the world.

I'll tell you what boi, if you or the OP can post the names of a couple of what you consider "world Class Cities" that do not have direct access to some kind of water borne shipping,( A sea port) I may give you a little of the credit you soo desperately seek.

Keep in mind the OP allready posted several names of American cities all but one of which have sea ports.

The former may be, but how well do you actually know Dallas and the area? To be frank, you dont seem to.

Dallas has one of the largest immigrant populations in the US. This isn't a white bread Texas/American city by itself. Houston is more international, that doesn't make Dallas the opposite.

Yeah Houston is defintely more international but Dallas is international as well. If there was a thread of the most Texas feeling city Austin and SA and even Ft. Worth would win over Dallas and especially Houston.
