Loved the visit to that haunted house in Branson. It was good. The guy really for us scared.
Funny that many folks here in the US said Mexico.
I think half of Mexico would die to move to the US.
I guess it comes down to what is important to you as an individual.
I have friends from Mexico. They grew up poor, really poor. Yearning for the "things" that money could buy in the US. When you have nothing, you want to better your life.
On the other hand, as someone who grew up with plenty of "stuff", I do not put it high on my list. I prefer a simple life. Living in a rural Mexican village by the ocean would be my ideal. I've lived the consumer dream, I'm so over it.
If my health was good I'd like to try Portugal for the low cost of living, the climate, the scenery and the food. I'm not sure about the health care though. I feel like I am basically tied to my present doctors and health care facilities for life.
