So how likely is the parliament to pass something on Monday? I think there is a chance a custom union plan could be passed.

Judging from the past few weeks, we know that at the very least they will pass a lot of wind.

I cant see a customs union being agreed, this is a step back from being in the EU and an absolute surrender of Brexit so anyone voting for this should carted off to a mental asylum in a straitjacket.

I predict there will be no agreement on anything. The reason is that, so far, it appears that the main personal objective of voting against any and all proposals is for members to be able to deny that they voted for the actual result.

Many MPs are running scared. The way every one of them votes is known to the public. Some are even being threatened with deselection by their local parties. Many of them will see an end to their political careers at the next General Election.

They have no one to blame but themselves. For decades politicians of all parties, have refused to listen to their voters, and the growing anger at their concerns being ignored, and insulting words like racist being thrown at them, by their so called betters.

There has been a feeling politicians didn't care, and that all we would get by remaining in the EU was more of the same. Poor wages, expensive housing, invasion of our towns by foreigners.

The chickens have come home to roost, and it's not a pretty sight.

I totally agree.

Corbyn would be ten times worse than any hard Brexit, and could spell disaster for the British economy should he ever gain power.

However a week is a long time in politics and there may yet be a solution or indeed a change of Tory leader.

You have summed things the mess we are in very well.

May and the Cabinet need to decide on what direction they are going to take and pretty quickly.

Might be best for one EU country to put everyone out of their misery and make the tough choice that no one else seems to be able to make. They vote no on any more extensions.

I might not agree with a lot of what some right wing populist groups say, however in terms of the German AfD, this was a very good recent speech in the European Parliament.

There is something refreshingly comic in the idea of Malta doing the deed that Big Bad Brexitania can't.

But in the end finger-pointers would be saying, "See what they made happen to us!!!!!" Victim-victim-victim. I want to believe that the Brits have it in them to make the move themselves.
