Average high month to date is 86°F, 1-2°F above normal. Average low month to date is 70°F, 10-11°F above normal. Unless the last week is at least several degrees below average, we're likely to break a record for hottest month.

About average. The high up to this day is 22.7C, but the highs will be only 19-20C whole of this week.

Disappointing.

The last 7 days have averaged 28C here. The first week of the month averaged 22C, which is about average.

The next week here is going to average close to 30C too, if this warmth keeps up its going to be a warm month. I'm certainly enjoying this

I wouldn't be sitting here if we had May and June well below average. I'd jump on the train and go camping in Murcia for the whole summer. Just sitting there grumpy and scavenging for food. And hunt squirrels.

2013 has been a very different year from 2012. Last year was the warmest on record for Chicago

So far this year only January and May were above average. I have feeling July will be below average even with this upcoming hot spell this week.

Here in Philly I think it will be above average for July, especially after this week.

July 1st to date we are averaging 87.7F/74.5F (30.9C/23.6C).
