The rain/snow line is still much south of you.. you probably have a good hour or 2 of snow left. Could be thumping at times. Still snowing in Philly too.

Mount Holly reporting snow so some areas are getting some decent rates falling

Still coming down reasonably hard. Accumulating everywhere except the roads. Have to hit the roads now, actually. This will be fun.

Philly getting good snow now. Visibility 1/2 mile with snow

The flakes are flying while the waves are crashing in Atlantic City. Visibility also 1/2 mile. http://www.atlanticcitywebcam.com/

Yeah, the visibility was pretty poor on the roads. Snow isn't really sticking to the roads except a few isolated spots (particularly back roads). But we've got at least one inch of accumulation on the ground.

Finally starting to accumulate. Camby, we are supposed to get 2" in addition to 4.2", so do you think its possible ?

How many 6"+ storms have happened in this area after mid march ?

Front edge now entering CT. Give it some time to moisture up the atmosphere. Right on schedule (after/around lunch) Should be all cleared after 7pm.

Current Radar & actual Metars with 850mbTemps.
The Rain/Snow reports are following the 0C line aloft so far, East of WV/Pittsburgh.

In other words... you need the 4000 foot level below freezing in order to have snow. South of that freezing line aloft, forget snow

We don't have to worry here, that freezing line wont come near us. All snow. But spots like Pittsburgh the surface has warmed up because p[recip wasn't heavy enough to cool the column so even though its below freezing at 4000' its hitting a warmer layer below.
